Free Motion Quilting
This class is suitable for anyone interested in textile arts or quilting. Whether your are a beginner exploring creative fabric design or seasoned maker wanting to expand your skills, this course provides practical tools and inspiration.
Free-motion quilting project consist of;
- Bee inspired by fabric and learn how to trace, resize and transfer a design from fabric.
- This design will then be traced onto a blank piece of fabric, the background will be divided into smaller sections and filled with free motion.
- Explore coloring techniques and how to make the design permanent.
- Finish the wallhanging with couching to enhance the over all look.
Class is open to all long-arm owners regardless of machine brand.
Class times: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

In the past we have demonstrated unique projects which would enable you to learn new techniques, use your software to its fullest and perhaps a make a little money along the way. So, for you crafters, this project meets all those requirements.
