Longarm Machine basics
Longarm Machine Quilting basics will cover everything from loading your quilt, how to thread the machine, what thread to use. We will also explore adjusting your top and bobbin tension,
talk about needles and threads to pair up. Last but not least we will explore different stitch modes, how to use Groovy boards, Pantographs, and Rulers, and learn to adjustable the machine
settings and Handles, so we can quilt with comfort and ease. This class is jam packed with information that will help you with your new free motion endeavor.

Free Motion Quilting
Quilters everywhere LOVE the excitement and fun of free-motion quilting. It’s easier thank you think! Create a flowing design by connecting simple design elements with
continuous lines, travel across the quilt or filling specific areas. Learn how drawing and muscle memory contribute to beautiful free-motion quilting.
Class is open to all long-arm owners regardless of machine brand.
Class times: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Lunch: included in class fee
Fee: $75.00
This is a great class for new owners, someone who has stepped away from quilting for bit, or if you just need a little refresher. Please bring pen and paper to take notes.
In the past we have demonstrated unique projects which would enable you to learn new techniques, use your software to its fullest and perhaps a make a little money along the way. So, for you crafters, this project meets all those requirements.
