Spoonful of Sunshine is a 1 Day Kimberbell Event
You will be creating 3 very cheerful and giftable projects. After stitching an Unbe”leaf” able Mini Wreath with dimensional leaves and fruit, you will enjoy creating It’s a Snap Tea Towel and Lick the Spoon Apron! With fresh techniques, happy colors, and a variety of embellishments, Spoonful of Sunshine is a ray of light for every machine embroidery enthusiast.
You will love learning how to quilt-in-the-hoop, add applique, create a multi-pocket apron, stitch dimensional leaves, and so much more
**If you registered for the 1st Spoonful of Sunshine and did not complete your project, you may attend for free to finish.**
TECHNIQUES:
Create a hanging hand towel entirely in-the-hoop
Adding applique with darling embellishments
Creating a multi-pocket apron
Stitching dimensional felt leaves
What to bring to class:
- Spools of embroidery thread, cream, yellow, dark blue, turquoise, light green, dark green, mint green, light blue
- Spools of regular sewing thread neutral colors
- Bobbin thread or pre-wound bobbins
- Machine embroidery needles
- Scissors
- Embroidery machine; 6 x 10 and 5 x 7 hoops. Don’t forget your power cord, foot pedal and your regular embroidery and sewing accessories
