Good Morning,
Truly hope all is going well for everyone.
As most of you know a great many of our fabric companies are located on the west coast – California, Oregon and Washington. Felt like that needed clarification, if you are from Florida then you think west coast of Florida — just natural.
The majority of the fabric we all use and love to touch is manufactured overseas – South Korea, Japan, Denmark, France, Pakistan and some in China. From this it is easy to see why so much is delivered from the west coast.
We had initially received notice that several vendors had expected to begin shipping the first of April. Again, with this pesky virus taunting all of us, we have received announcements of delays until later in the month.
There are fabric vendors on the east coast and they had been shipping – Rhode Island, New Jersey, Atlanta and couple of other places. Although we have received notice that a those located in New Jersey will stop shipping after Saturday.
These are just short term delays. And, there are vendors who continue to ship.
Our vendors are still coordinating orders and keeping us updated as to what is available and their tentative ship dates.
As new items and collections are received, we will post them to our webpage so that you can ooh over them and make plans for your future projects.
In the meantime, we are still here and are able to respond to your needs over the phone or via email. There are some brave soles who have made in the shop, think we have reached the point of stir crazy. If you need a fix, come on by.
